Here we have a relatively low lime waxed and painted mahogany base tilt top table. Surplus to requirements now as can be seen originally in our hallway. Now back in Blighty. It was used as a center piece as can be seen with the vase on. Could be a coffee table if need be. Originally by’country cottage furniture’ in Devon, who I assume lime waxed the top. Through its life, the base had had various veneer repairs and has been painted. There are marks on the surface which adds to its character. Original styled handle which look is like it was replaced with an original piece.
