This is an elegant Georgian mahogany tilt-action tripod table in lovely condition with a good rich colour and a glorious patina. The table has a shaped circular piecrust top on fluted and turned stem and leaf-wrapped downswept legs with typical Georgian pad feet. The table is in really nice clean condition with only a minor ageing split to the top which is not that visible and best seen highlighted in the last photograph. It has its original brass snap action catch to the underside which is in perfect working order. This is a very elegant piece from around 1830 and is a good size measuring 84 cms in diameter by 73cms in height.
