An 18th Century large George III mahogany tripod dishtop birdcage tilt top table from around 1770, turned stem and pad feet with castors. Large 120 cm diameter top, overall 67.9 cm high. Condition: Marks and scratches, dish edge of the top sign of wear, overall good condition, surface need polish up or a good waxing. Very sturdy, strong table. Beautifully aged and with a really lovely piece that will look good in any room. Measures 66 cm high x 58 cm diameter. The usual wear but overall a nice example the top does tilt but has had a repair underneath at some point. The condition is relative to the tables age. Believed to be a Late 18th to Early 19th Century Georgian Oak Tilt Top Occasional Table (2). With Circular Oak Top. Iron to enable tipping. On Single Pedestal and Outsplayed Legs and Feet. : 26.5ins diameter, 26.75ins high overall. Overall in good condition. See pictures as they show it from various angles and its condition fully and accurately. Is a nice fairly solid piece. Has some marks/scuffs/wear etc. (see pictures), but nothing too major. Old woodworm to the feet (which has been treated as a precaution), and has had additional nailed onto the feet to make it level (see pictures). But still a nice usable Antique table and overall is a nicely sized piece. Buyers will have to load themselves. Facemasks are required to be worn on site. We are looking forward to reopening to viewings within the showroom when legally allowed to hopefully from 12. April according to the Government roadmap. Longer collection periods may be allowed but only with prior agreement. We operate by appointment only so collection must be a mutually agreed date and time. We are able to accommodate weekend collections and evening collections. Working daytime collections are possible depending on our schedule. An arrival time on the mutually agreed day must be confirmed, we do not allow large time-frames for collection, however we do understand that with traffic that the arrival time is not set in stone. No arrival times before 08:00 are possible. We are unable to supply packaging materials. Please note that due to damage caused by unknown (normally very cheap) independent couriers, if you wish to arrange a Furniture Courier to collect on your behalf you agree to the following terms. If you are in the local area to us Essex, Suffolk, parts of Norfolk, Herts, Kent, London and surrounding counties such as East Sussex, Surrey, Berkshire etc. If the item is bought you will pay us by the methods below before dispatch, and you will book and pay the courier company direct (details will be provided). For deliveries further afield we allow the use of couriers booked through AnyVan and have another recommended courier. The courier will be required to sign for the item and accept it upon collecting from us, and damage occurring once left is at the buyers risk as their agent has taken possession of the item. Furniture couriers must also follow the terms surrounding collection dates and times and these must be mutually agreed (except in the case of the local approved courier, as stated in that paragraph). If you are booking AnyVan (or another Furniture courier company such as an independent through Shiply) then you must advise of ideal days and times and we can advise when would work for us. Booking a collection whereby the courier may arrive anytime during a day will not be accepted and there may not be anyone to meet them, although we will endeavour to. Any Questions, please ask.
