



















William IV Mahogany Small Tilt top Table. A fantastic small tilt top table. We bring to you the most marvellous and unusual example of a William IV solid Mahogany Tilt top rectangular table of moderate proportions believed to be made around C1830. This table has been restored, having the top been expertly French Polished in our workshop to match the beautiful original finish of the base. The table has a lovely highly glazed French polished finish and deep rich Mahogany colour. Due to this tables modest proportions, this table is ideal to be used as a hall/side table or a small breakfast/dining table for 2, whilst still being incredibly well built making this a very solid table. Already not taking up too much room because of its design, the top tilts upright for storage so can wheeled in a corner when not in use. This stunning and very unusual table features a one piece solid Mahogany top with the most beautiful and interesting striking figured dark streaked grain. The tilt top base features a substantial bulbous turned pillar which descends to quadripartite elegantly curved and shaped legs which are fluted and scroll carved and finish to its original 4 discreet brass castors which all work perfectly. This item is in outstanding restored condition as shown by the photographs however being an antique item of this age there are blemishes and scuffs here and there which we feel adds to its originality and heritage.
