ITEM DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION. Beautiful and unusual arts and crafts period, antique tilt top pine chair table. In fantastic as found unrestored condition with great aged appearance. The chair is comfy to sit on, and has storage underneath. The table top drops down very smoothly and seats four comfortably or six at a push. A fantastic piece of furniture for a small space. Height 149 (When table is a chair). Table Height 76 (When table is a table). All our items are pre-owned and un- restored so unless stated as in Very Good or Excellent Condition then the item is likely to have some minor wear and tear commensurate with age. Due volume of stock we only lightly clean items, so most could be improved /embellished with a bit of elbow grease. We always aim to highlight any obvious/major damage, however please do also look closely at pics for a good depiction and get in touch if any queries. Weekends and Evenings are not usually possible due to family commitments. Failure to collect items within a reasonable timeframe will result in items being cancelled. 2-3 weeks if Scotland or items are multiple/excessively large. All items will be wrapped before dispatch. You are welcome to use your own courier, man and van service. Please make sure they know that collections must be on a pre-arranged week day between 9:30am – 4:00pm.
